Product Description

Vibro sifter machine ensures the correct product quality of powders or liquids by removing excessive contamination and consists of a sieve placed on a base plate which is centrally connected to a rotary motor. The material fed through the inlet at the top falls onto the screen. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen, and particles larger in size are released through the outlet.

The Vibro sifter machine is suitable for high volume production of industrial screening. It can be used in the separation process of solids in liquids, for the separation of different particle sizes in the same product, for safety screening to eliminate foreign matter, for the homogenization of particles, etc.

1. Removal of oversized and contaminants: Used to remove broken or undersized products such as lumps and other contaminants for final quality inspection.

2. Separation of different particle sizes of products: accurately separate particles of different sizes from products, so that the final materials are classified into different sizes. This is usually achieved by passing the product through a grid of up to 5 different aperture sizes.

3. Solid-liquid separation: It can quickly remove insoluble solid substances in various slurries, and can contact slag discharge. Most are single-layered, but multiple layers can also be used.
