Direct discharge sifter designs single/dual excitation sources according to site requirements:
Single motored direct discharge sifter: It mainly produces up and down vibration on the material, and does not have the function of automatic discharge
Dual motored direct discharge sifter: It can generate vortex motion on the screen surface, with automatic discharge function, free control of production capacity, vertical feeding and discharge, and can be neatly installed in various powder production lines.
There are two vertically installed motors on each side of the direct discharge sifter. The material enters the sifter through the feeding port. According to different material screening requirements, the material passes through the sieve layers of different mesh screens, and the material larger than the screen aperture stays on the screen surface. , discharged from the upper discharge port, and the material smaller than the screen aperture is quickly sieved and discharged from the lower discharge port.
1. High throughput: the inlet and outlet are designed in the same vertical direction, the large flow outlet at the bottom enables the material to be discharged directly, the discharge speed is fast, and the output is 2-5 times that of the ordinary round screen.
