It is mainly used for checking the granularity composition of ordinary abrasive and testing the grading granularity of superhard material.
Slap style standard sieve has unique two-dimensional operation: horizontal circular motion and vertical tapping motion. This special action allows material particles to layer and "seek" critical openings in the test medium. This unit provides the most accurate and consistent particle analysis testing.
The Model 200 slap style standard sieve is designed to be tested with a 200mm diameter test sieve; the Model 300 slap style standard sieve is designed to be tested with a 300mm diameter test sieve.
1. High screening efficiency - Slap style standard sieve operates through two strong movements, vibrating (rotation) and percussion movement, which penetrates the screen block and is not easy to block materials.
2. Precise analysis - can be equipped with 200mm or 300mm diameter test sieves, which can handle quantities up to 2 kg and measuring ranges from 5 μm to 63 mm.
3. Control the sieving time - With 99 minutes digital timer/clock, tolerance, 0.1 seconds, you can freely control the test duration.
4. Consistent Results - The machine shakes the particles down through the test sieve set and analyzes the results on each sieve layer. Because the machine is doing the manual work, it produces repeatable results every time.
