1: Adjusting the Exciting Force of Vibration Motor

The magnitude of the exciting force of the vibration motor determines the output and screening accuracy of the ultrasonic vibration screen.It is advantageous to the material screening, the output is increased, the blockage rate is decreased, and the screening accuracy is higher.

But the adjustment should be reasonable. Over-small exciting force will reduce the pass rate and breakage rate. Overlarge exciting force will damaged the motor and reduced the service life.

2: Adjusting the output power of the ultrasonic system

Higher the output power, higher the frequency of the mechanical wave, so that the accuracy improved. But over-high power will damaged the mesh and reduced the service life. It is better to keep the output power low while satisfying the user’s screening accuracy.

3: Extend screening time

The shorter the residence time of materials on the screen surface is, the more unfavorable to the screening of materials.

To solve this problem, Dahan manufacturer installed a gate at the processing port of the ultrasonic vibration screen, temporarily blocked the discharge of material by closing the gate, increased the contact time between material and screen surface, and improved the accuracy of the ultrasonic vibration screen.

4: Regular inspection of screen tightness

If the screen is loose, it will reduce the elasticity of material and screen and affect the screening accuracy. Therefore, after use, users need to check the tightness of screen. If problems arise, the screen should be tightened in time.

5: Uniform feeding

Too fast or too much feeding will lead to material accumulation on the screen surface. The material layer is too thick to meet the requirements.Uniform dispersion, only when the material layer is thin, the screening accuracy will be improved.

6: Reduction of material moisture content

For materials with large water content, their viscosity is high. If we want to achieve better screening effect, we can dry the material.
