Pipe screw conveyor is a mechanism using rotating screw blades mounted on a central shaft driven by different methods. The assembly rotates inside a tube with a feeding mechanism at one end. The material is added at the feeding end of the device and conveyed to the discharging end through a positive displacement process. It has a wide range of applications in the conveying of powdery and granular materials, such as: concrete products (cement, fly dust, filler dust, sand dust), asphalt products (hot and cold processing dust), construction ready-mixed materials (dry lime, sand, cement, fillers), glass processes (limestone, soda ash, sand, etc.), foundries (sand, bentonite), etc.
Pipe screw conveyor adopts the design of small diameter, high speed, variable pitch, etc. to ensure smooth, fast and uniform feeding, no jamming, large conveying capacity, conveying distance from 2 meters to 70 meters, and carbon steel and stainless steel are available.
According to different conveying materials, different types of pipe screw conveyors can be selected:
1. Horizontal pipe screw conveyor: suitable for continuous and uniform conveying of loose materials horizontally or slightly inclined (below 20º), mainly for conveying materials horizontally or at small inclination angles, and the conveying distance is generally not more than 70 meters.
2. Inclined pipe screw conveyor: The inclination angle is generally not more than 90°, and it can be directly connected and fixed with its supporting equipment, so as to be transported to the predetermined position.
3. Vertical pipe screw conveyor: It transports materials vertically upward at 90° to the ground, which saves a lot of space and space compared with other screw conveyors. It is suitable for conveying powder and granular materials with good fluidity. It is mainly used for lifting materials, and the lifting height is generally not greater than 8 meters. , the screw speed is higher than the ordinary screw conveyor.
1. Uniform conveying - the whole machine is small in size and high in rotation speed to ensure fast and even conveying.
2. It can realize sealed conveying - it is beneficial to convey materials that are easy to fly, hot and smelly, which can reduce the pollution to the environment and improve the working conditions of port workers.

Convenient loading and unloading - the horizontal pipe screw conveyor can be loaded and unloaded at any point on its conveying line; the configuration of the vertical pipe screw conveyor can have excellent reclaiming performance relative to the screw reclaimer; the use of direct contact with the material stack The screw shaft has the ability of automatic reclaiming and can be used as a reclaiming device for other types of unloading machinery in the port.
4. It can be conveyed in reverse direction - one conveyor can also convey materials in two directions at the same time, that is, to the center or away from the center.
Pipe screw conveyor can be divided into two types: ls and GX:
1. GX type: the diameter of the screw is 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600mm and other seven specifications. Corresponding conveying system for one-way conveying with horizontal or inclination angle less than 20°.
2. LS type: LS type pipe screw conveyor is the replacement product of GX type screw conveyor, the screw diameter is 100 ~ 1250mm, there are eleven specifications, and the driving mode has two forms of single-end drive and double-end drive; LS The length of the type screw feeder is every 0.5m, and the corresponding conveying system can be formed according to different site needs.
