How does it work?

Auger conveyor is also called screw feeder. The conveying principle of axle-free screw conveyor is basically the same as that of general screw conveyor: that is, like a rotating screw shaft, which drives a nut to move along its axis, the screw body of axle-free screw conveyor is equivalent to the screw shaft, and the material is equivalent to the screw conveyor nut. When the screw body rotates continuously, the material is also continuously conveyed. The spiral body of the axle-less screw conveyor is a thick strip blade, driven by the driving end of the axle-less screw conveyor, with no axis in the middle. The spiral body contacts (slides) with the bottom liner of the inner wall of the casing.
